Rewards just got simpler
We have replaced ezPoints with a rewards system built around store credit. Most of it got better. There is one tradeoff, and we want to be upfront about it.
No expiration
Store credit does not expire. You will not lose rewards because time passed without activity.
Every order earns
Even when you pay with store credit, your order still earns rewards.
One balance
No more points in one place and store credit in another. Your rewards live in one dollar balance.
Nothing to redeem
Rewards are added to your store credit automatically once your order is complete.
The tradeoff: the base earn rate is now 5% back, down from 10%.
The old program paid more per qualifying order, but points could expire and using rewards prevented that order from earning again. The new program pays 5% back on every order, keeps it indefinitely, and removes the extra rules.
Your current balance is protected
Every ezPoint converted at full value.
If you had 500 ezPoints, you now have $50 in store credit. Nothing was lost in the switch.

Using Your Credit
Choose use store credit at checkout to apply your balance to an order. There is no minimum and nothing to redeem first.
Special Events
Earn bonus rewards during special events and flash sales. These are announced by email and on social media.
No Expiration
Your store credit does not expire. It stays on your account until you use it.
Store credit is a promotional reward intended for use on future purchases at ezPeps and has no cash value; it cannot be exchanged or refunded as cash. Rewards are earned on the product subtotal only and exclude taxes, shipping, and fees unless otherwise stated. Rewards are earned on every order, including orders paid with store credit. Orders must reach the stated minimum to earn. Store credit does not expire. If an order is refunded, returned, or cancelled, any store credit earned from that purchase will be reversed; if that credit has already been spent, the equivalent dollar value may be deducted from the total refund amount. ezPeps reserves the right to modify or cancel the rewards program at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or exploiting system loopholes, may result in forfeiture of store credit and removal from the program. Participation in the rewards program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
