6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all UNOPENED product. Approved returns are issued as ezPeps store credit at 100% value by default; if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a restocking fee of up to 15% applies. This also applies to voluntary order cancellations after payment. If the seal on the vial, bottle or other vessel has been compromised we will not offer a refund of any kind unless approved through a support request at support@ezpeps.com.
