1. Research Use Only
All products sold by EZ PEPS LLC are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use only. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
2. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use, and will not allow anyone else to use, any product for human or veterinary purposes of any kind. This includes ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any administration to a person or animal, and any diagnostic or therapeutic use. Any such use is a material breach of these Terms. We may cancel orders and close accounts where we believe a product is intended for human or veterinary use.
3. Qualified Purchaser Representation
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction; (b) you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or business engaged in scientific research; (c) you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely; and (d) you will use products only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. We may request verification at any time and may cancel orders that cannot be verified.
4. No Resale or Redistribution
Products are sold for your own research use. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, relabel, or transfer any product to a third party without our prior written approval, except as permitted under a separate written agreement with ezPeps.
5. Assumption of Risk
Research chemicals may be hazardous, and their properties may not be fully characterized. You assume all risks arising from the receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of products, including risk of injury to persons or property. You are solely responsible for following safe laboratory practices and all applicable laws.
6. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be intended for misuse or resale. All orders are subject to availability.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information.
8. Shipping
We ship to the United States only. Shipping times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. All orders are packaged securely. All orders over $200 may require signature verification.
9. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all UNOPENED product. Approved returns are issued as ezPeps store credit at 100% value by default; if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a restocking fee of up to 15% applies. This also applies to voluntary order cancellations after payment. If the seal on the vial, bottle or other vessel has been compromised we will not offer a refund of any kind unless approved through a support request at support@ezpeps.com. 10. Limitation of Liability
ezPeps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. You assume full responsibility for the use of any product purchased through this site.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ PEPS LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use or misuse of any product or your breach of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of ezPeps and may not be used without permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Macomb County, Michigan.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
