At ezPeps, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened items, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- Opened products may only be returned with a prior authorization after submitting a proper support request to support@ezpeps.com.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact us at support@ezpeps.com with your order number and reason for return or use the contact form on our webpage.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a trackable shipment method to ensure safe return. ezPeps is not responsible for any returned items damaged or lost in shipping.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the item is not in acceptable condition (e.g., opened, damaged), a refund will not be issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
